1. Starter Plan Members: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Refund requests will not be processed after the 7-day period.

2. Pro Plan and Lifetime Members: Once purchased, these plans are generally non-refundable. For special circumstances, please contact our customer service team for evaluation.

Refund Request Process:

1. Send an email to support@mentrez.com with your order number and membership type.

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 2 business days.

3. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Special Circumstances:

1. Service Interruption: If the Mentrez platform experiences an inaccessible state for more than 24 hours, affected members may request a service extension or partial refund.

2. Feature Changes: If the platform makes significant adjustments to core features that may affect your user experience, we may provide compensation options on a case-by-case basis.

3. Account Errors: If you accidentally purchase a membership service twice, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assist you with the refund process.

Non-Refundable Situations:

1. When you have already used AI model credits or other consumable resources provided by the platform.

2. Accounts terminated for violating the platform's terms of service.

3. Refund requests for Pro Plan and Lifetime memberships made after the 7-day purchase period.
